Biografia
Lanny Martin è Professore di Political Science presso l'Università Bocconi. È anche un ricercatore nel settore di Politica e Istituzioni presso l'unità Dondena Centre for Research on Social Dynamics and Public Policy.
La sua ricerca si concentra sulle istituzioni politiche comparative, la politica legislativa, l'economia politica e il governo di coalizione. Insegna corsi su rappresentanza democratica, politica europea, partiti ed elezioni, e esecutivi e legislatori. È autore di numerosi articoli sui suoi argomenti di interesse, pubblicati, tra gli altri, nell'American Journal of Political Science, nell'American Political Science Review e nel British Journal of Political Science.
Ha conseguito un Dottorato in Political Sciences presso l'Università di Rochester nel 2000.
