Biografia
Emanuele Teti (Ph.D.) è Affiliate Professor di Corporate Finance presso SDA Bocconi School of Management e docente a contratto di Finanza Aziendale presso l’Università Bocconi di Milano, dove insegna Finanza Aziendale al Corso di laurea CLEAM ed al corso di laurea CLEACC. È Professore Ordinario di Finanza Aziendale presso l’Università di Pisa.
I suoi interessi di ricerca si concentrano sul mondo della finanza aziendale. Con particolare enfasi, si occupa di tematiche relative all’analisi finanziaria, al capital budgeting, alla struttura finanziaria di impresa e la relazione con il valore aziendale, alle operazioni straordinarie di impresa e M&A. Le sue ricerche e pubblicazioni spaziano su diversi settori, tra cui il settore TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), le Utilities ed i settori dell’Arte, Spettacolo e della Cultura.
È autore di oltre 40 pubblicazioni scientifiche (paper) in Journals peer-reviewed in lingua inglese. Di questi paper, oltre 15 sono pubblicati su Journals in Fascia A Anvur, tra i quali: Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Journal of International Financial Management & Accounting, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, Journal of Management and Governance, Energy Policy, Utilities Policy, Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Expert Systems With Applications, Journal of Management Development, Management Decision, Applied Financial Economics, International Journal of Human Resource Management.
Ha vinto due premi per il migliore paper per l’anno 2018 per la rivista Corporate Governance: International Journal of Business in Society (2018 Highly Commended Paper Winner) e per il migliore paper per l’anno 2014 per la rivista Management Decision (2014 Highly Commended Paper Winner). Ha vinto inoltre il Best Traditional Case of the year 2003, DIR “Claudio Demattè” Divisione Ricerche, SDA Bocconi.
È inoltre autore di diversi libri sui temi della finanza aziendale, nelle sue diverse componenti.
Dopo la laurea in Economia Aziendale presso l’Università Bocconi, ha conseguito il PhD (Dottorato di Ricerca) presso la London Metropolitan University di Londra.
