Biografia

Bettina Gehrke è Fellow del Leadership Knowledge Group di SDA Bocconi School of Management ed Academic Fellow del Dipartimento di Management e Tecnologia dell'Università Bocconi.

Le sue attuali ricerche si focalizzano su temi di Leadership (globale, responsabile e sostenibile) e su metodi innovativi di insegnamento in ambito Diversity e Inclusion. È esperta di gestione di global teams e Cross-cultural Management.

Durante la sua carriera ha rivestito diversi ruoli nelle seguenti istituzioni  nazionali e internazionali: EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, Oestrich-Winkel; Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, München; Università degli studi di Bergamo, Bergamo; GSOM St. Petersburg State University; St. Petersburg; Fudan University, Shanghai; International Academy of Tourism and Hospitality, Cernobbio; Milano Fashion Institute, Milano.

Ha conseguito una Laurea in Economia Politica e Storia presso Heildelberg University ed un Ph.D. in Economia Aziendale presso la Technische Universität Berlin.
