The FIFA Master - International Master in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport - is organized by the International Centre for Sport Studies (CIES) in partnership with three universities, SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan (Italy), De Montfort University in Leicester (England), and the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland). The FIFA Master in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport, established in 2001, was created to promote management education within the sports world. It has grown to become a top graduate program developing all-round managers who can cope with the increasingly complex world of sport.
The FIFA Master takes its graduates on a unique journey through three different European countries to study sport. Three distinguished universities in England, Italy and Switzerland, which are among Europe's most sports oriented countries, have come together to provide a one year program that combines top-class academic teaching and practical case studies supplemented by guest lecturers and field visits. The course focuses on three key and inter-related aspects of sport humanities, management and law. Once the program successfully completed, postgraduates receive a joint-diploma delivered by the three universities.
In 2020 the FIFA Master was ranked as the No.1 course in Europe for the 8th time by the SportBusiness International global rankings.

Some examples are: reports on economic and managerial sport-related topics, economic and sport performances analysis, benchmarking analysis, consumer behavior and preference analysis (e.g. fans), case studies, etc.
A tailor-made training program comes after an in-depth analysis of customers’ needs and environment, delivering a unique educational experience. Some examples are: in class training programs (even 1-to-1); Workshop, round tables and seminars; Field-Visits and Study Tour.

A custom program developed in partnership with the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA). It is the first training initiative for NBA players delivered outside the US borders. The IBA delivers one program together with SDA Bocconi, named Branding in the Global Economy. It started in 2017, in each edition NBA players are involved in an education initiative organized in SDA Bocconi, that included in-class lectures, guest speakers and field visits such as Ferrari, Stone Island, and Lamborghini. At the end of each edition, SDA classrooms host a special episode of Basket Room - a talk show on Basketball, broadcasted by Sky Sport.
Josoor Institute offers and awards Diploma Programs in Sports Management and Major Events Management, designed to enhance the knowledge and skill sets of those hoping to pursue careers in the Sports Management or Events Management field, or those who already hold positions in these dynamic and exciting fields, in the MENA Region.
SDA Bocconi School of Management is the lead academic partner, which provides executive education and organisational oversight to Josoor Institute for the Programs managing the development and delivery of programme contents, the selection of faculty, and all faculty and delegate assessments.
The partnership is for the period 2019-2022.
The conference named «The Value of the UEFA Champions League Final: Bringing stakeholders to the ultimate stage» was conducted in May 2016 when the Champions League Final took place in Milan. The workshop sought to explore and discuss the behind the scenes issues of the most viewed sports event in world. The event was attended by more than 1000 participants and the trophy itself was exhibited in Bocconi University for three days.
