Class profile
The EMMIO students are mavericks, shapers, out-of-the-box thinkers.
The number of students in an EMMIO class ranges between 20 and 25, with around 20 nationalities represented every year and a good balance of headquarters and field professionals.

Enrollment by enrollment, story by story, our Executive Master in Management of International Organizations has grown into a truly global community. What you’ll find in the PDF below is more than a collection of logos: it represents professionals from 75+ countries and 140+ organizations—across the UN System, European and international institutions, development banks, NGOs, foundations, consultancies, and multinational companies.
EMMIO is built around people before institutions. This network continues long after the program ends. If this resonates with you, you’re already part of the story.
Student Profile
The ideal EMMIO participant is a strongly motivated, high potential international professional, holding at least a first level university degree and relevant professional experience at international level (both in the private and/or public domains) and currently covering or with concrete potential to undertake management roles.
