The MINE event, The Global Economic and International Outlook before and after the Usa’s 2024 Elections, scheduled for Monday, October 9th, from 6.30 to 8.00 pm, is organized by SDA Bocconi and will be held at SDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10, Milan. It represents an opportunity to participate in the debate about future global scenarios in Europe.

In recent years, the world has gone through tensions and uncertainties that haven’t been seen for decades.

China de-coupling, a global pandemic, and war on European soil have emerged as the world economy tackles the challenges of progressing in the direction of a more sustainable and environmentally friendly model.

While these challenges may make the promise of government funding appear more strategically attractive, political polarization is making policies (and hence investment strategies) more uncertain and riskier.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Will the world economy enter a recession?
  • Self-sufficiency and reshoring trends in the US, what will US policies and federal funding strategies look like after the 2024 Elections?
  • What impact will different USA political scenarios have on the European economy?

The event will be in English and participation will be in-presence only. A light lunch and a networking cocktail are included.
