Managing and measuring retail performance
The course explores the key stages of designing and managing a multi-brand retail store, conceived and experienced as a relational environment centered on customer experience.
The topics covered will be analyzed from the customer’s perspective, and they will be linked to pre-store, in-store, and post-store activities, following a continuous, circular process.

The Program is designed for all professionals involved in retail store management: entrepreneurs and store managers, network managers, and area managers. It is also aimed at distribution and industry professionals looking to enhance their retailing expertise, including: marketing directors, sales directors, trade marketing managers, category managers, channel and customer managers, field execution managers, and in-store marketing representatives.
Structure and contents
The “Store Management” Online Program can be attended whenever and however you wish. However, to maximize learning, we recommend spreading the learning commitment over 5 weeks with an average allocation of approximately 3 hours per week.
