IT Risk Management
Strategie e strumenti per governare il rischio digitale
Successfully managing the digital evolution of a business
The program will begin by developing the skills necessary to govern the risks associated with digitalization initiatives and the management of business information systems, with a focus on the specific responsibilities of the CIO. The main IT risk domains (Information, Technology, Relational, Governance) will be analyzed, and tools for identifying risks will be provided, particularly with reference to the Cobit framework. We will also explore different response actions, with particular attention to balancing the company’s risk appetite, the effectiveness of possible measures, and economic constraints. Case studies analysis and simulations will enable participants to test the tools provided and apply them to their own context.
