What is a business model? Which are its components, and which are the most useful approaches for its development? This course answers these and other questions, addressing the various topics that make up the chapters of a business plan.

The course is aimed at anyone involved in developing a business project, whether it is a start-up or an initiative within an existing company: entrepreneurs and startuppers, junior consultants, and assistants in Corporate Development, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting functions.
