The unique characteristics of working in Public Administration
What does it mean to manage a Public Administration, and what are the specificities of public management? Throughout this course, we will take you on a virtual journey through five public offices, where you will explore, deepen your understanding, and experiment with the goals, logic, and tools that govern the key corporate functions within the public sector.

The program is designed for newly hired employees and junior professionals working in public entities at both central and local levels.
Structure and contents
The “Fondamenti di public management” Online Program can be attended whenever and however you wish. However, to maximize learning, we recommend spreading the learning commitment over 5 weeks with an average allocation of approximately 3 hours per week.
