Fondamenti di bilancio: metodi e principi di valutazione

Financial statements as an informational tool for assessing performance
The program addresses the topic of financial statement valuations, illustrating the measurement methods for the main assets and liabilities, as outlined by the accounting principles issued by the Italian Accounting Standards Board (Organismo Italiano di Contabilità – OIC). Particular emphasis is placed on the choices that need to be made within the applicable accounting framework to properly represent income dynamics and financial structures. The reference accounting framework is the one adopted by the OIC, which is compared in its essential aspects with the framework of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
