Building Emotional Leadership
The program begins with identifying the main human emotions through their history and psychological and neuro-scientific foundations. It aims to provide criteria for managing emotions in the workplace, analyzing both the positive and negative impacts they have on relationships and decision-making.

The course is aimed at professionals who want to deepen their understanding of the impact of emotions in work relationships, to improve their management in a conscious way.
Structure and contents
The “Emozioni al lavoro” Online Program can be attended whenever and however you wish. However, to maximize learning, we recommend spreading the learning commitment over 5 weeks with an average allocation of approximately 3 hours per week.
