In a context where the omnichannel paradigm is transforming every customer activity into a complete experience, it is becoming increasingly urgent to fully understand the mechanisms and logic behind each interaction. From this perspective, the data, analytics, and automation enabled by technologies and artificial intelligence algorithms provide a wealth of valuable insights to guide marketing strategies and actions.
