Selling or negotiating?
The Program aims to develop fundamental skills for effectively managing negotiation processes in a commercial setting. Structured over seven weeks, the course will help participants choose the most appropriate strategies for different sales situations, selecting winning behaviors based on the context.
By the end of the course, the key ingredients for a successful negotiation will be clear: the value of collaboration, the importance of preparation, the strategic role of communication, and the ability to manage emotions.
