Rafforzare la Governance nelle imprese familiari e non quotate

Strengthening Corporate and Ownership Governance
Building effective governance means designing governance bodies tailored to the organization at every level, selecting the right people for key leadership roles, and managing decision-making and communication processes effectively. This requires balancing the company's sustainable growth with the need to preserve the authority and cohesion of the owning family or ownership group.
The program provides those with governance responsibilities in family-owned and unlisted companies with the tools to assess the effectiveness of corporate, ownership and family governance bodies, introduce the necessary changes, and manage corporate and family dynamics – including potential conflicts – associated with these processes.
This program will enable you to:
- Design a governance system aligned with the current and future needs of the business and its ownership structure.
- Strengthen the effectiveness of corporate and ownership governance bodies, in terms of both composition and functioning, as well as decision-making, control and risk management processes.
- Manage relationships between owners, the Board of Directors and management to support sustainable business growth while maintaining cohesion.
- Navigate the key stages in the evolution of governance, from ownership and leadership succession to bringing external members into governance bodies, and from developing agreements and new governance structures to managing disagreements and conflicts.
- Prepare for extraordinary transactions involving the opening of the company's equity to external investors, adapting governance both before and after the transaction.
- Participate effectively in governance bodies.

Is this program right for you?
This program is designed for shareholders, entrepreneurs, Chairs and Vice Chairs, executive and non-executive board directors, top managers and statutory auditors of family-owned or coalition-owned companies who want to strengthen their governance system and participate more effectively in its governing bodies.
It is also intended for future shareholders and board members who want to prepare for the responsibilities they will take on. Participation by multiple members of the same company, family or ownership group is particularly valuable, as it facilitates the immediate application of the models and tools explored during the program.
