The Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale (PSM) is an essential accelerator of managerial capabilities for the growth of any company aiming to be sustainable. It is the School’s most comprehensive program and, for over twenty years, has supported individuals and businesses in their transformation journey and in strengthening managerial skills.
It provides the knowledge and tools to address new economic, social, financial, technological, and competitive dynamics, constantly evolving in step with the challenges managers are called to face.
By joining the PSM, you will learn to transform visions and intuitions into a clear and actionable business strategy, tailored to the specific needs of your organization. You will develop the ability to lead and monitor the implementation of this strategy, adopting leadership styles consistent with your personal traits and company culture, while strengthening your negotiation and influencing skills. The program also supports you in driving innovation within your organization, fostering a corporate culture open to change.
Who should apply
You have at least 10 years of work experience and want to acquire tools to generate a significant and lasting impact in the company. The course is open to C-level, function and division managers, and those who hold or are about to hold positions of great responsibility.

Special Payment Terms
Bocconi Alumni
Bocconi Alumni are entitled to a 20% reduction on participation fees. To take advantage of the discount, please enter your Alumnus status when registering by indicating “ALUMNI 20” in the notes section. Remember that without this indication, the discount will not be applicable.
Women are good for business
The educational dimension is one of the tangible levers that we can provide to men, women, and our organizations to truly make a difference, to have an impact. Providing education means offering a concrete tool for change and social transformation. To foster and contribute to women’s professional development, SDA Bocconi School of Management offers them until 8 March 2026: a 20% discount on the participation fee for all Executive Open Programs and Executive Online Programs.
Multiple enrollments
Companies, institutions and public bodies that enroll at least 3 participants in a single program are granted a 20 percent discount for each registration fee. The concession is not applicable for personal enrollment and must be formalized by the start date of the course.
Custom training programs
In the case of training needs involving several resources of the same company enrolled in more than one program, it is possible to define a customized plan from the specific needs of the organization. In this case, our Program Advisors are available to build with the client organizations ad hoc training plans with special pricing.
Partnerships and channel agreements
To associations, orders, consortia and institutions, SDA Bocconi offers the possibility to initiate collaborations that allow them to expand the portfolio of educational trainings to be offered to their members. In this case, the School is available to evaluate partnerships and channel agreements so as to respond in a timely manner to the specific needs of the organization.
Executive MBA
Participants who go on to enroll in the Executive MBA programs (EMBA Modular or EMBA Weekend) will be entitled to a 20% discount on the tuition fee.
