Today, the Public Private Partnership (PPP) is central to the necessary process of renewing public services with a view to sustainability and innovation while achieving sustainability goals.
In fact, if well structured, PPP contracts make it possible to upgrade infrastructure quickly and provide public services that respond better to the granularity of society's needs. The new Contracts Code offers important elements for revitalization of PPP.
In this context, the program helps to understand how to structure PPP more strategically and its different modes of operation in order to prepare PAs and economic operators to use the instrument more appropriately and sustainably and to implement contracts that generate value for society.
In particular, those working in public organizations will be able to develop a new approach to PPP as well as the skills to structure secure and sustainable contracts. Those working in the private sector will learn how to structure and manage PPP contracts that meet the needs of the public administration, thereby gaining a competitive advantage.
In addition, the course will provide knowledge on how to construct and evaluate Business and Financial Plans, identify and allocate operational risk, and construct performance indicators, with a focus on cost-effectiveness analysis based on generating value for the company.

Who should apply
The program is aimed at wanting to acquire skills to use PPP with a different, less transactional perspective that can generate real value.
Getting a rounded understanding of PPP, integrating managerial, economic-financial and legal perspectives.
Those having at least 5 years professional experience, are a public administration manager or official (local governments, utility management companies, healthcare companies) and are involved in investment decision-making and management processes, or are an entrepreneur or manager of companies working with public administrations (design, construction, utility management, consulting, and financial institutions companies).

Fees
€ 1,700 + VAT
The fee is net of VAT but includes teaching materials and working lunches.
Accreditations
The course is accredited by the National Council of Engineers. Participants will be awarded 40 professional development credits (CFP) upon achieving a minimum attendance of 80%.
The course is also accredited by the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservators of the Province of Milan. Architects will be awarded 30 professional development credits (CFP) upon achieving a minimum attendance of 80%.
Special payment terms
Bocconi Alumni
Bocconi Alumni are entitled to a 20% reduction on participation fees. To take advantage of the discount, please enter your Alumnus status when registering by indicating “ALUMNI 20” in the notes section. Remember that without this indication, the discount will not be applicable.
Women are good for business
To foster and contribute to women’s professional development, SDA Bocconi School of Management offers them until 8 March 2027 a 20% discount on the participation fee for all Executive Open Programs and Executive Online Programs.
Multiple enrollments
Companies, institutions and public bodies that enroll at least 3 participants in a single program are granted a 20% discount for each registration fee. The concession is not applicable for personal enrollment and must be formalized by the start date of the course.
Corporate education programs
In the case of learning needs involving several resources of the same company enrolled in more than one program, it is possible to define a customized plan from the specific needs of the organization. In this case, our Program Advisors are available to build with the client organizations ad hoc training plans with special pricing.
Partnerships and channel agreements
SDA Bocconi offers the possibility to initiate collaborations that allow them to expand the portfolio of educational trainings to be offered to their members. In this case, the School is available to evaluate partnerships and channel agreements so as to respond in a timely manner to the specific needs of the organization.
By attending at least 80% of the classes, you will receive a certificate of participation in the program and a digital badge to share with your network on LinkedIn.
