Pianificazione e controllo per guidare la strategia d’impresa

Developing management and strategic skills in the AFC function
The professional life of company executives is a mix of analysis, evaluation, choices and actions. Living through these moments without losing balance is the real challenge for executives who intend to perform their role with a sense of ethics, method and thoroughness.
Learning to fulfill this role is not easy. Often the learning process is linked to experience in the field, to a continuous succession of “trial and error” and finding moments for rationalization and discussion is always difficult in the increasingly chaotic corporate environment.
The course is a learning opportunity for individuals who have gained work experience overseeing project management, a company function or process, or an entire small or medium-sized company with team management responsibilities.
The goal is to provide the tools to manage the processes aimed at identifying economic and financial objectives, measuring their relative level of achievement, and to innovate control processes, spreading the concept of control from the perspective of creating value for the company.

Who should apply
Individuals who wish to develop their ability to innovate processes and consolidate control culture in the company. The course is aimed at individuals with experience in management control and who manage teams with objectives to be achieved. Specifically, the course is aimed at: Controllers, (Senior) Business Analysts, Management Control Managers.
Professional experience of at least 5 years is recommended.
