Redesigning organization and work to "make strategic choices happen”
A momentous business and labor transformation is taking place, and it needs to be governed with competence and responsibility to generate value. The organization's analysis and design toolkit becomes an indispensable element in activating change and generating economic value for the enterprise, but also satisfaction and well-being for people.
The program offers tools and practices for building an effective, efficient accountability structure, compliant with regulatory requirements, that enables the enterprise to 'make strategic transformations happen’ and helps people to have meaningful and satisfying jobs.
Integrating issues related to social responsibility and those related to the administrative responsibility of entities is crucial to guide companies toward sustainable governance that takes into account the needs of stakeholders, effectively manages risks, creates shared value, and contributes to corporate strength and credibility.
The main objective is to provide the logic and tools for conducting analyses and making organizational decisions that can effectively support the implementation of business strategies (from product and geographic market differentiation to acquisition and merger and sales processes). Specific attention is paid to the challenge of remote work and the related issue of "short" week.
Tools and practices of organizational and job design will be presented, with attention to legal aspects, as well as aspects of human resource management and related performance management. Also, the implications both in terms of economic growth and the engagement of people will be evaluated.

Who should apply
You are interested in expanding your skills on tools and technologies dedicated to the analysis and design of organizational solutions. You are an HR manager, Organization manager, consultant in corporate reorganization projects, entrepreneur and are considering or initiating an organizational reorganization in your company.
Professional experience of at least 5 years is recommended.

Women are good for business
To foster and contribute to women’s professional development, SDA Bocconi School of Management offers them until 8 March 2027 a 20% discount on the participation fee for all Executive Open Programs and Executive Online Programs.
Multiple enrollments
Companies, institutions and public bodies that enroll at least 3 participants in a single program are granted a 20% discount for each registration fee. The concession is not applicable for personal enrollment and must be formalized by the start date of the course.
Corporate education programs
In the case of learning needs involving several resources of the same company enrolled in more than one program, it is possible to define a customized plan from the specific needs of the organization. In this case, our Program Advisors are available to build with the client organizations ad hoc training plans with special pricing.
Partnerships and channel agreements
SDA Bocconi offers the possibility to initiate collaborations that allow them to expand the portfolio of educational trainings to be offered to their members. In this case, the School is available to evaluate partnerships and channel agreements so as to respond in a timely manner to the specific needs of the organization.
By attending at least 80% of the classes, you will receive a certificate of participation in the program and a digital badge to share with your network on LinkedIn.
