The Goal

Public management

The Specialization Course in Public Administration Management (MAP) is an undergraduate program (20 CFU credits) aimed at fostering the executive development of high-potential figures in public agencies and companies. Specifically, MAP aims to delve into key management levers for public, publicly-owned, and in-house public administrations, in an integrated and coherent manner in order to strengthen strategic public resource management skills

MAP is also designed for middle and senior managers working in public institutions, public-sector entities and public bodies, including publicly owned or controlled companies and organizations, who wish to acquire a systemic and strategic perspective on the use of management levers and tools in complex organizations.

MAP's ambition, therefore, is to support the development of the core public management skills that are essential today in order to have a strategic vision to help improve and innovate public interest services.
