Leadership inclusiva e strumenti manageriali

Creating Value for People and Organizations
In a context where the debate on diversity, equity, and inclusion swings between opposing ideologies, we have designed a new course with a pragmatic, concrete, and managerial approach—providing tools to navigate complexity and create value for both people and organizations.
More than ever before, companies are faced with the challenge of managing multiple dimensions of individual diversity: gender, generations, disabilities, neurodiversity, cultural and national backgrounds, sexual orientations—just to name the most common. Valuing these differences has become a cornerstone of sustainable business transformation, as it enables innovation, organizational resilience, and the creation of shared value.
At the same time, it is increasingly crucial for work to provide meaning, belonging, and recognition—becoming a space that responds to growing social polarization, the weakening of social ties, and emerging phenomena such as disengagement and quiet quitting. This is how value is generated for companies, individuals, and society as a whole.
However, inclusive business management is a complex managerial challenge. It requires the adoption of new languages, approaches, and operational methods—capable of reshaping governance systems, people management policies, and leadership styles.
The program equips participants with technical skills grounded in solid scientific research, enriched by the analysis of real-life cases and practical applications. Through direct dialogue with business leaders and witnesses, participants will be guided through a reflective journey on topics such as governance, leadership, and managerial tools.
