Insurance Manager

Innovating and managing change in the insurance sector
The characteristics of the insurance industry and business—its organizational and cultural specificities, as well as the growing need for innovation—today require managerial profiles able to combine technical expertise, strategic vision, and relational skills.
The program offers participants a comprehensive path to understand how insurance companies operate, analyze key competitive, technological, and regulatory trends, and develop a solid and up-to-date managerial perspective.
Particular attention is dedicated to the impact of Artificial Intelligence and GenAI on the insurance business, the implications of sustainability, and the management of emerging risks—climatic, environmental, technological, geopolitical, and reputational.
The course also strengthens the ability to manage complex relationships with all stakeholders, encourages a systemic approach to corporate governance, and promotes an insurance culture that integrates innovation, responsibility, and long-term value.

Who should apply
The program is aimed at professionals who are about to take on managerial responsibilities and want to gain a 360° understanding of the insurance sector and the major changes underway.
The program is designed for: managers and future managers working in the core business of insurance companies; managers working in functions outside the core insurance business (e.g., HR, IT); managers coming from other industries who need to quickly acquire a comprehensive understanding of insurance companies and the insurance business; consultants providing services to insurance companies; and intermediaries responsible for medium and large agencies.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is recommended.
