Strengthening Decision-Making in Geoeconomic Competition
Competition among nations is increasingly playing out across the economic, financial, industrial, and technological domains. In this environment, understanding the interdependencies among markets, strategic supply chains, critical technologies, and economic security has become essential for public- and private-sector decision-makers.
This program provides managerial frameworks and analytical tools to interpret emerging geoeconomic dynamics, anticipate systemic risks, and translate strategic analysis into actionable decisions that safeguard national and European interests.
Specifically, this program will enable you to:
- Understand the dynamics of geoeconomic competition and assess their impact on national and European economic security.
- Analyze the interdependencies among finance, capital markets, international trade, critical technologies, and strategic supply chains.
- Identify structural vulnerabilities and hybrid threats affecting critical infrastructure, supply chains, and strategic assets.
- Apply risk analysis, early warning, scenario analysis, and policy analysis tools to anticipate systemic shocks and emerging threats.
- Assess the impact of industrial policies, investment screening mechanisms, and economic security measures on strategic decision-making.
- Translate geopolitical and economic analysis into actionable policies, industrial strategies, investment decisions, and governance models.
- Develop an integrated perspective on economic security governance through applied exercises and policy labs.
