General Management nelle PMI
Theoretical models and practical tools to strengthen companies
The offer for SMEs, differentiated into two editions, provides a specific response to the diverse training needs of the companies that make up Italy’s entrepreneurial fabric.
The SME universe is highly varied, and it is therefore essential to recognize and leverage these differences: some companies are in the early stages of managerial development, while others — often larger — are more structured and already advanced. All share the need for support and exchange to seize further opportunities for growth, consolidation, and strengthening, which must be aligned with their stage of evolution.
Our two programs are designed to specifically address these diverse challenges.
Fa per te se
General Management nelle PMI, directed by Marina Puricelli, is aimed at SMEs with revenues up to 40–50 million euros (or above) and is designed for those experiencing rapid growth who feel the need to initiate a true process of delegation, reduce the dependence of the organization on the entrepreneur, and acquire managerial tools to manage the company in a structured way. The course accompanies entrepreneurs and their managers in achieving five primary goals:
- Translate visions and intuitions into a clear, understandable, and credible strategic plan
- Gain awareness of the strategic and organizational strength of the company and identify areas and concrete actions for improvement
- Understand the fundamental stages of managerial development in SMEs through delegation and the creation of a team of true managers, also with a view to generational transition
- Analyze the health of a company through the assessment of economic, financial, and business results and the conditions for balanced, long-term sustainable growth
- Apply marketing and sales tools to strengthen market image and expand business reach
Management program per imprese in crescita, directed by Alessandro Minichilli and designed for companies with revenues starting from 40–50 million euros (or lower, but with a solid level of structuring already achieved and with entrepreneurs and managers possessing basic management knowledge), focuses on specific and crucial topics for further growth and business transformation: governance, internationalization, building competitive advantage, sustainability, digitalization, company valuation, and performance evaluation of managers.
