Finance for non finance manager

Mastering the Language of Finance to Drive Business Performance
Financial information is essential to business decision-making. Managers need to understand it in order to assess and anticipate the impact of their decisions on business performance. The program enables managers in positions of responsibility who do not work within the Finance function to develop the skills needed to speak the language of finance and engage effectively with other business functions, financial institutions, customers and suppliers.
The program provides methods and tools to understand financial information, analyze financial statements, measure performance, and manage planning and budgeting processes. It also explores the financial and operational drivers of product, market and customer performance, developing cross-functional finance capabilities to support value creation.
This program will enable you to:
- Interpret financial information to support more effective business decisions.
- Analyze financial statements, key indicators and business performance using fundamental financial tools.
- Connect operational decisions to the company's financial and economic performance.
- Engage effectively with the Finance function using a shared language focused on value creation.

Is this program right for you?
This program is designed for managers, functional heads and professionals who do not work within the Finance function but want to develop financial capabilities to support business decision-making. It is also intended for entrepreneurs, General Managers of SMEs, and managers preparing to take on greater responsibilities who want to strengthen their ability to analyze and manage business performance.
