Executive Program in Procurement & Supply Management

Controlling procurement through a strategic approach
Procurement decisions play a key role for the achievement of corporate strategic objectives. This is why procurement with a global vision and advanced operational tools is required to properly set supply policies and manage the supply chain from a strategic perspective.
The program provides the skills needed to define processes and methodologies capable of assisting in the alignment of the supply chain with corporate demands. It offers management knowledge and practices aimed at defining purchasing strategies, evaluating and developing the supplier portfolio, identifying and resolving supply-related critical issues, and creating and managing a structured and results-oriented team of buyers.

Who should apply
The program is aimed at professionals working in procurement roles — including Heads of Procurement, Senior Buyers, and those in purchasing departments — regardless of their industry background. It is particularly relevant for those stepping into leadership positions within the function, such as Category Managers or Procurement Heads, who wish to strengthen their expertise with advanced models and strategic approaches.
The program is also suited for entrepreneurs and business unit leaders interested in deepening their knowledge of purchasing management and supplier relationship dynamics.
