Digital health e intelligenza artificiale in sanità

Transforming Digital Innovation into New Models of Care and Healthcare Delivery
Healthcare is undergoing a profound transformation driven by Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and digital technologies, with applications ranging from diagnostic and decision-support systems to remote patient monitoring and new virtual care models. The challenge is not simply to adopt new solutions, but to integrate them into care pathways, services, and organizational processes to create value.
The program provides a managerial perspective on digital innovation in healthcare and equips participants with the tools to identify priority areas for intervention, redesign processes and services, and create the organizational conditions needed to move from experimentation to transformation at scale, improving quality, accessibility, efficiency, and sustainability.
Turn the opportunities offered by AI and digital innovation into concrete organizational choices, redesigning care pathways, services, and processes to improve quality, accessibility, efficiency, and sustainability, while enabling the transition from experimentation to transformation at scale.
By the end of the program, you will be able to:
- Identify where Digital Health and AI can create value by recognizing the organizational and care delivery challenges that need to be addressed and selecting solutions that best meet the needs of both patients and healthcare organizations.
- Redesign healthcare services and care pathways by leveraging telemedicine, remote monitoring, digital platforms, AI, and automation to improve access, patient management, continuity of care, personalization, quality, and efficiency.
- Integrate AI into clinical and organizational decision-making processes by designing effective ways to combine professional judgment, data, and algorithmic recommendations, while defining appropriate oversight mechanisms, responsibilities, and approaches to managing limitations.
- Assess the organizational conditions required to adopt innovation, while also considering, where relevant, the regulatory and economic factors that influence implementation and broader adoption.
