Using data to support forecasting and business decisions
The digital revolution makes large amounts of data, both structured and unstructured, available to companies that can support decision-making processes. The real challenge for companies is to be able to enhance them, through the use of suitable frameworks and tools for effective analysis and representation.
The course provides the logic and principles needed to define a business control model and the statistical data analysis tools for cost, revenue and process modeling to support forecasting and business decisions. In addition, the program includes evaluation of the technical feasibility to implement a data-driven control system, analyzing the main technological solutions and evolutionary trends. Data visualization techniques to maximize the information potential of business cases will also be explored.
Who should apply
You would like to expand your cost, revenue, and process modeling skills to support forecasting (planning, budgeting, and forecasting) and results analysis (reporting) processes.
The program is open to those involved in management control or business development; business consultants who design and implement planning and control systems.
It is advisable to have at least 3 years of professional experience.

Empowering female leadership

Multiple enrollments
Companies, institutions and public bodies that enroll at least 3 participants in a single program are granted a 20 percent discount for each registration fee. The concession is not applicable for personal enrollment and must be formalized by the start date of the course.
Corporate education programs
In the case of learning needs involving several resources of the same company enrolled in more than one program, it is possible to define a customized plan from the specific needs of the organization. In this case, our Program Advisors are available to build with the client organizations ad hoc training plans with special pricing.
