Finance and accountingGeneral management and strategy

The course is aimed at experienced banking professionals and board members, with the goal of developing problem solving skills and addressing increasing executive and decision-making responsibilities. It does not cover technical aspects of banking management, but focuses on acquiring the knowledge and executive skills necessary for proper decision-making. The course aims to train executives to make informed decisions and effectively manage challenges arising from economic and environmental complexity.

The CIB also offers tools to analyze and manage key banking management issues through strategic projects and controls that systematically integrate management and business areas. Adopting a problem-solving-oriented approach, the course allows participants to discuss their own work and classroom experience, fostering mutual enrichment.
