CFO program
Strumenti e metodi per interpretare al meglio il ruolo di responsabile AFC

Systematizing the role of the CFO in the company
In recent years, the role of the chief financial officer (CFO) has changed significantly. Regulatory developments have expanded the CFOs’ duties and responsibilities, turning them into true partners of the CEO. The CFO not only ensures compliance of processes and strategic decisions, but also provides practical support in assessing risks and opportunities for the business through analysis of facts, scenarios, assumptions and data. The CFO is, in addition, required to become a Business Partner, capable of supporting business decision-making processes and ensuring consistent financial strategy.
This ambivalent role requires not only advanced and evolving technical skills, but also the ability to be an authoritative point of reference within the company. The program aims to reflect and systematize the role of the CFO and the administration, finance and control function, providing the tools to interpret this dual role in light of regulatory changes and business needs. In addition, the course provides an opportunity to share issues, best practices and reference standards, with the goal of building an evolved finance function together.

Who should apply
The program is aimed at professionals who wish to expand their skills in administration, finance and control.
The program is open to CFOs and AFC Directors, or future CFOs; planning and control managers of Italian companies or Italian subsidiaries of multinational groups; senior managers with administrative and financial responsibilities; and General Managers and CEOs with delegated authority in Finance.
