AI per l’analisi dei dati: capire la complessità e anticipare il futuro

Developing a Data Culture to Create Competitive Advantage
In a context where organizations are experiencing a growing availability of data and an increasingly widespread use of artificial intelligence tools, the real challenge for management is not producing ever more sophisticated analyses, but rather interpreting, governing, and using them to make better decisions.
The course offers a managerial perspective on data analysis supported by AI, with the aim of helping participants understand complex phenomena, anticipate the evolution of competitive environments, and strengthen the quality of decision-making.
Artificial intelligence tools are transforming data analysis by complementing and enhancing traditional quantitative methods, facilitating their application and expanding their potential.
The focus is not on the technical dimension, but on the ability to transform data and models into insights useful for managerial action, while maintaining a critical and informed understanding of the limits of AI.

Who should apply
The program is aimed at professionals who hold a managerial or coordination role and need to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information—often produced by others (internal teams, specialist functions, consultants, information systems, or AI tools).
In particular, the course is intended for those who want to:
- understand the real meaning of analyses and forecasts
- govern the use of data and artificial intelligence in decision-making processes
- strengthen their ability to evaluate, choose, and communicate decisions
An advanced technical background is not required: the objective is to use and interpret analytics, not necessarily to develop new ones.
