Ranking Custom 2026

SDA Bocconi School of Management reaches the top position worldwide in the Financial Times 2026 ranking for Custom Executive Education. This result marks a step forward for the School and reflects an ongoing effort to work alongside organizations in co-designing learning experiences that respond to evolving business needs. As Dean Stefano Caselli notes, "This result has value because it reflects the trust that corporates, financial institutions and public administration place in us. We do not approach custom education as a service to deliver, but as a process to build together to enhance human capital growth. Our clients bring questions, constraints, and ambitions; we contribute to any organization worldwide with faculty, methods, and a structured approach. The outcome is something neither side could develop alone."

The ranking evaluates business schools based on criteria such as program design, faculty, teaching methods, and the extent to which programs meet client objectives. A central element remains the ability to establish solid, ongoing relationships with organizations and translate their priorities into tailored learning solutions. In this sense, SDA Bocconi’s work in custom programs reflects a broader way of approaching education, where listening and adaptation guide the design of learning experiences across the School’s activities.

SDA Bocconi's approach to custom programs is grounded in close collaboration with partner organizations, working side by side throughout the entire process—from needs analysis to program design and delivery.

Over the past year, the School has continued to work with a wide range of global organizations across industries, supporting transformation processes that involve people, structures, and decision-making practices. The result reflects the quality of the programs delivered and the strength of these partnerships, built over time through continuous exchange and shared responsibility in shaping each learning experience.
