Bocconi: New Governance in Office

With the arrival of President Andrea Sironi and Rector Francesco Billari, the renewal of the University Board, the confirmation of Managing Director Riccardo Taranto, and the appointment of the Rectoral Committee, the University’s top management is complete.

The new Bocconi University Board met today, chaired by Andrea Sironi, who succeeds Mario Monti. Since 1 November, Monti is President of the Javotte Bocconi Institute, of which Angelo Provasoli has become Managing Director.

The Board, which will remain in office for the four-year period 2022-2026, resolved to appoint Guido Tabellini as Vice President and confirmed Riccardo Taranto as Managing Director.

The composition of the new University Board is as follows:

In addition, on the proposal of Rector Francesco Billari, the Board appointed Stefano Caselli Dean of SDA Bocconi School of Management, thus completing the Rectoral Committee for the two-year period 2022-24.
