While the competitive arena of management and business education is broadening, SDA Bocconi holds the line. In the 2020 Financial Times Business Education Ranking our School reached the fifth place globally (fourth in Europe) for Custom Programs. This is out of a wider panel of Business Schools compared to last year: in 2020, the ranking has reviewed 85 Schools in the world (80 in 2019), and 44 in Europe (40 in 2019).

Two of the evaluation criteria by client organizations deserve being pointed out: “New Skills & Learning” (how relevant the new skills acquired are for your work and how easily you can apply them; how stimulating the course has been to develop new ways of thinking), where SDA Bocconi is 4th globally; and “Future Use” (the likelihood to choose the School again for the same or another program), where we firmly hold the first place worldwide.

Past results are basically confirmed as to Open Executive Education as well: SDA Bocconi ranks 25th worldwide, with an average gain of three positions over three years. And it is always in the European Combined Education Top Ten, ranking 9th.

«The high level of customer satisfaction confirms that SDA Bocconi is one of the top institutions worldwide in listening to and interpreting the complex educational needs of any type of organizations. At the same time, our positioning reveals a unique ability in co-designing with our clients innovative learning journeys with a high impact on careers and organizational transformations», says SDA Bocconi’s Dean Giuseppe Soda. «This evaluation is even more important when you consider that competitors are steadily increasing and global educational offer keeps expanding. When the challenge gets tougher, it is also our responsibility toward companies to offer managerial education which is more and more effective and designed on new tailored-made business models, especially in times of uncertainty and global crisis».
