European Samsung Learning & Development Conference at SDA Bocconi
On campus at SDA Bocconi - European Samsung HR Managers met in Milan for their conference.
A group of more then 20 HR coming from many different countries (from Samsung Headquarter in Korea and from Uk, Germany, France, Benelux and more) spent a full day at SDA Bocconi brainstorming the news of the function and sharing hints and benchmarks on HR and more specifically Learning and Development.
During an introductory and provocative speech, Arnaldo Camuffo, SDA Professor of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources, outlined the idea of “L&D reloaded: doing good for business and people in the digital era”. The day has been intense and full of ideas and debates as confirmed by Ms. Marialuisa Ortini who had two speeches one on the GLOCAL approach to Executive Learning and the other on the Learning culture. As a further benchmarking opportunity, Mr. Luigi Bellopede, Head of Talent and People Development from Prysmian Group shared with Samsung HR the structure and main figures of the worldwide Prysmian Academy developed together with SDA Bocconi.
