The meetings are structured to offer a variety of learning and interaction formats:

  • Experimenting: Hands-on workshops to develop operational strategies.
  • Leadership Team: Sessions dedicated to top executives to tackle complex scenarios.

The Network offers for MEMBERS:

  • 4 INFORMING meetings

    A format including 4 live synchronous online sessions focused on strategic INFORMATION and updates on key topics related to the Italian National Health Service (SSN) and the healthcare industry, open to all employees of member organizations.

  • 3 REFLECTING meetings

    Opportunities to attend in-person sessions with experts for deeper thematic discussions.

  • 1 EXPERIMENTING meeting

    A hands-on experience of strategic and operational planning through the development of a prototype for collaboration or partnership with a public healthcare provider.

  • 1 LEADERSHIP TEAM meeting

    Designed to support executive teams in analyzing scenarios and shaping business strategies. Format: Half-day session with CERGAS experts. Target: Leadership team of member organizations (additional option).
