Travel and Hospitality

The hospitality and Tourism industry are a broad category within the service industry. They may include accommodation, food and drink service, event planning, theme parks, transportation, cruise line, traveling, airline and additional fields within the tourism industry. Tourism being travel for pleasure or business; also the theory and practice of touring, the business of attracting, accommodating, and entertaining tourists, and the business of operating tours. T&H companies have become more attractive to potential candidates due to the recent trends positively influencing the sector: sustainability initiatives, creating new digital channels and growing the luxury and upscale business. Major recruiters are big hotel chains as well as online travel agencies (OTAs) and rental operators. Previous background in hospitality, travel or any other service industry and technology or consulting is preferable. A passion for customer oriented culture, adaptability and love for travel is required.
