An integrated pathway to support your professional development

For participants in the Executive MBA programs, we have designed an integrated pathway to support their individual career plans: the Executive Career Advisory (ECA).

The curriculum includes a series of classroom and individual initiatives aimed at providing tools to identify strengths, analyze and leverage professional experience, and identify growth opportunities.

All ECC activities are optional and complement the academic program. They are typically offered at times in the calendar that facilitate participation. ECC is coordinated by the Career Development Team at SDA Bocconi and is a dynamic service, both on an individual and group basis.

Feedback from participants, which is required for each activity, is crucial to continuously align the program with their needs.
