Participation in the 18-month EMBA program implies a fair financial commitment. But it is a strategic investment that certainly offers high future returns—both personally and professionally.

Fees and expenses

    The tuition fee for the 2026-2028 EMBA Modular is € 62,000 (VAT exempt), payable in five installments.

    The fees include:

    • Internal educational materials
    • Use of the school's facilities 

    Participants in the PSM-Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale of SDA Bocconi who are interested in the Executive MBA can access the program with a 20% discount on the registration fee.

Scholarships and tuition waivers

Thanks to the support of the Bocconi Alumni Community, each year SDA Bocconi offers scholarships and tuition waivers based on merit and other specific criteria, as outlined in the official calls for applications. 

For the upcoming EMBA edition, the following scholarships and tuition waivers are available for outstanding candidates:

Tuition waivers EMBA Modular 2026-2028

    Upon admission

    • € 124,000 available in partial tuition waivers

      Partial tuition waivers (covering from 10% to 20%)

    Two rounds during the year

    • 6 Partial tuition waivers

      Call for applications

    • 6 partial tuition waivers

      Candidates from companies belonging to the China Chamber of Commerce in Italy

    Criteria and assignment procedure:
    The number of tuition waivers available for each phase and the criteria for their assignment are determined by a Commission, whose decisions are final. Beneficiaries will be notified of the outcome by the start date of the Executive MBA.

    Requirements to apply for an exemption:

    • The completed and required documentation for the Executive MBA application must be submitted.
    • The exemption request must be submitted in response to the call for applications, along with the specified documents, through the Admissions portal.
    • The request must be submitted within the deadlines and in compliance with the requirements outlined in the call. Requests that do not meet the requirements will not be considered.

    Evaluation criteria
    Exemption requests will be assessed based on the following factors:

    • The candidate’s academic and professional background
    • Motivation letter
    • Requirements defined in the call
    • Results of the Executive MBA selection tests

    The tuition waivers will be assigned during the selection process, within the deadlines specified in the call. The request may be submitted even before the completion of the selection process.

    Admission to the Executive MBA is independent of the awarding of an exemption or scholarship.

    Loans and funding

    The School assists candidates with their search for funding by supplying the necessary documentation, and encouraging them to explore all scholarship and loan possibilities. SDA Bocconi partners with a number of financial institutes offering low-interest loans to admitted and eligible students. Our partner institutes are:

    • Prodigy Finance for international students (please refer to the eligibility criteria);
    • Lendwise for international students;
    • Italian Banks for Italian and international students (please note that applications for loans issued by Italian Banks must be submitted by the end of the month following the starting date of your Master);
    • Bocconi offers Support Programs to student-athletes who participate in sport competitions at regional, national and international level. Find out more here
