#EMBAWOMEN
An association committed to the growth of female leadership, contributing to the creation of fairer and more equitable business models and organizations, building its mission on three key values: BE, GROW, EVOLVE.
EMBAWomen was founded by a group of EMBA Alumnae who felt the need to give voice to their enterprising spirit as ambitious women, aware of the challenges society and the economic landscape present, but also conscious of the strength of a peer group and the power of networking.

Our Story
Today, EMBAWomen represents an independent reality with over 150 alumni and alumnae united by an EMBA journey that catalyzes both personal and professional transformation. The community works in harmonious alignment with SDA Bocconi, a necessary partner to ensure gender equality is not just a slogan but a fundamental pillar for the leadership of tomorrow.
Empowerment and managerial development for women go through education, fostering responsible, collaborative, and inclusive leadership that is capable of shaping economies and businesses.
- The idea for EMBAWomen was born from a group of women EMBA candidates in 2019.
- The initiative was presented to the Director and began to take shape under the name #EMBAWomen.
- In December 2019, the first event was organized.
- In 2021, driven by the same intention, a group of executive women relaunched the program with the goal of including and valuing the participation of all EMBA courses.
- Development of the strategic plan.
- This is how EMBAWomen came to life, growing richer in content day by day.
