The second-level university master's program EMMAS – Executive Master in Management of Health and Social Care Organizations – has been recognized by PoliS-Lombardia for the 2025–2026 Academic Year (EMMAS 25th edition) as a pathway equivalent to the managerial training certificate provided for under Article 1, paragraph 4, letter c) of Legislative Decree 171/2016, implementing Law 118/2022 and Lombardy Region Resolution (DGR) No. XII/5095 of 6 October 2025. This recognition confirms that the EMMAS program meets the requirements for the managerial training of General Directors of National Health Service organizations and bodies.
