Executive Program in Management of Brain Health (Epmabh)
II Edition

Objective
This unique training course is dedicated to the community of neuroscience professionals, a field that is constantly innovating and evolving and central to the future of modern medicine.
The program includes five training sessions and aims to foster the consolidation of a set of executive skills in participants, functional to their professional development along with the search for an innovative strategic-organizational positioning for neuroscience, with a special focus devoted to the issue of governance of chronic care-giving.
- Strategizing for the development of services in the field of neuroscience, identifying levers of change for a new role in NHS arrangements with reference to the organizational and service "frontiers" of the field
- Repositioning and reconfiguring the field of neurosciences, within the evolution of models of integrated management of chronicity and taking care of patients
- Governing the cost dynamics and effectiveness of chronicity caretaking services within a logic of value creation
- Effectively managing services in the neuroscience field, in relation to the challenges of employee motivation, work organization, skill mix, building corporate and inter-agency networks, quality, and a renewed clinical role.

Who should apply
Admission is reserved to 40 medical executives working in the neuroscience context in the public and private sectors who hold or will hold managerial and/or executive positions in the near future, through the advanced course.
Structure and contents
The course takes the form of an advanced course, which is recognized and valid for the participants' curricular purposes. To this end, attendance is required for a minimum of 80 percent of the total course hours and a final evaluation for each training module.

The program will accept a maximum of 40 participants, selected by a Scientific Committee of referees from SDA Bocconi.
All participants must be in possession of a bachelor's degree, with work experience of a minimum of 4 years and an age not exceeding 55 years.
