Rita Florio is Junior Researcher at CERGAS (Centre for research on health and social care management) of SDA Bocconi School of Management, in the knowledge group Government, Health and Not for Profit.Ā
At SDA Bocconi, Rita has conducted research and training projects on public management and organizational issues in public health in collaboration with public and private organizations.Ā
Her research activities and interests focus on management of public organizations, in particular in the healthcare sector; organizational dynamics between professionals and hybrid roles within complex organizations; ethics, ethical dilemmas and value pluralism in the public service; management of crises and emergencies. She has worked as teaching assistant in public management for undergraduate and graduate programs. She has carried out activities as reviewer for specialized journals, including Health Policy.Ā Ā
She earned a MSc in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Organizations from Bocconi University, a MSc in European Affairs from SciencePo and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Bocconi University.Ā
