Lucilla Tealdi is Lecturer di Corporate Finance and Real Estate at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
At SDA Bocconi, she was Director of the Master in Corporate Finance, Lead coach in international specialized Masters, Responsible Focus MBA “Global Financial Management”, in charge of internships and placement Master in Corporate Finance (MCF), Professor MBA and MIEM. She was Visiting Professor at the China Europe Business School and she taught, at ESA Business School in Lebanon and the American University in Bulgaria. Since 2017, she is part of the GEMBA (Global Executive MBA) faculty. As part of the Master in Corporate Finance, she initiated a very important dual degree program in partnership with Fordham Graduate School (New York). She conducted research and training projects with important Italian and international firms.
Her research activities focus on coaching, sustainable investment (SRI), capital budgeting and working capital management. Lucilla has studied for many years learning models and learning styles, and she also deals with new innovative teaching tools. In 2018, she has developed with Bocconi BEAT an online course on Teacher as a coach.
She is the author of some books and articles on financial communication, sustainability and coaching. From January 2017, she has been part of the Columbia Coaching Certificate Program revision team at Teachers College, Columbia University (New York).
Lucilla earned a Degree cum laude in Business Administration and Finance from New York University, a Master in International Economics and Management (MIEM) from SDA Bocconi and an ITP (International Teachers Programme) at London Business School. In 2011, she has earned the Columbia Coaching certificate (CCCP cohort 7) cum laude at Columbia Business School. She is also a certified NBI (Neethling Brain Index) trainer. She is happily married with two kids. Her passions are alpine ski, spinning (Soul Cycle) and coaching.
