Elisabetta Listorti
Assistant Professor of Practice
Biography
Elisabetta Listorti is Assistant Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi School of Management and a member of the Centre for Research on Health and Social Care Management (CERGAS). Her research focuses on inequalities in access to and use of health and social care services, with particular attention to vulnerable populations, including migrants with different legal statuses, refugees, people experiencing homelessness and older people.
Using quantitative and qualitative methods, she examines heterogeneity and potential unwarranted variation in care pathways and investigates how organizational models and policy choices shape service utilization and health equity. Her research interests also include maternal and reproductive healthcare, chronic care and telemedicine. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to address health policy and healthcare management issues by combining perspectives from management, health economics and epidemiology.
She holds an MSc and a PhD in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, a Professional Master in Health Economics and Policy from CORIPE Piemonte, and a second-level Professional Master in Epidemiology from the University of Turin.
