Eleonora Perobelli is SDA Junior Lecturer of Public Management at SDA Bocconi School of Management, with which she has been collaborating since 2017. She is also a researcher at the School's Center for Research on Health and Social Care (CERGAS) in the Social Policy and Service Management Area
Her research interests and scientific publications focus around topics of public servicesā management in the welfare field, with two main declinations: service design and the management of services delivery by public-private hybrid organizations, which combine a public mission with management models inspired by the private sector (e.g. SpA, public economic entities). She has participated in multiple research and training initiatives on the topics of service design, network management, social and healthcare sector integration and monitoring of public interventions. Since 2018, she has been the coordinator of executive custom programs for managers of public housing companies and research projects dedicated to this field. Since 2022, she has been the coordinator of the Executive Master's in Public Administration Management team (EMMAP) and member of its faculty.
Her works are published in international and national journals such as Public Management Review, International Journal of Long Term Care, Mecosan, and Economics & Management. She is a regular contributor to the OASI Report on the Health Status of the National Health Service and the Annual Report of the Long Term Care Observatory. She is among the authors of OCAP White Papers 1/2019 "Digital Innovation in Welfare Services" and 2/2019 "Changing Local Welfare: Repositioning Services." She is also among the editors of the volumes "The Public Value of Public housing companies. Public Management Logics for the ERP Sector" and "Management of Public Housing Services."
Eleonora obtained a Master's Degree in Economics of Public Administrations and International Institutions from Bocconi University (in english). She is currently a PhD Candidate in Management & Innovation at the UniversitĆ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore - Milan campus.
