Clio Gressani is Executive Fellow of Strategy, Operations and Innovation at SDA Bocconi School of Management since October 2024.
Her research focuses on the social component of Sustainability, encompassing the impacts companies have on employees, communities, and society at large. She is the coordinator of the “Laboratorio per il Lavoro”, SDA Bocconi's research laboratory dedicated to the transformation of work and the challenges of the HR function. She is also SDA Bocconi’s representative at the Taskforce for Inequalities and Social Financial Disclosures (TISFD) Alliance, contributing to the evolving of global standards on social reporting.
She leads Business Ethics and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) courses and seminars.
Clio has extensive international experience in the not-for-profit, private, and consulting sectors. As an Associate Director at a leading sustainability consultancy in London, she collaborated with global organizations including Heineken, Coca-Cola, GSK, Heathrow, and the Gates Foundation, on their social impact towards communities, workers and customers.
Clio earned a master’s degree magna cum laude in Institutions and Corporate Communications from the University of Turin, and a Degree in Communication Sciences from the same University.
