Anna Stoppani is Research Fellow of the Sustainability Lab at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Since 2022 she collaborates on the coordination of MASEM - Master in Sustainability and Energy Management - at Bocconi University.
At SDA Bocconi Anna conducted research, training and consulting projects with leading companies on the topic of sustainability. Her research activities focus on corporate sustainability, sustainable consumption, consumer behaviour, and marketing strategy. Anna worked also as a marketing manager for leading multinationals, on consulting projects at the Department of Marketing at Bocconi University, and as a lecturer in marketing courses.
Her current research addresses two main topics. The first one is the integration of sustainability in the corporate strategy, with a specific focus on the adoption of sustainable business models by SMEs. The second is the investigation on how sustainability traits of products and services influence consumers' behaviours and choices, especially in the context of indulgent consumption. She conducted research through several methodologies, with a particular specialization in the experimental approach. She is the author of numerous articles on the subject. Her work has been published in leading international Journals such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of Tourism Management, Current Issues in Tourism.
Anna earned a degree in Marketing from Bocconi University, and she is completing a PhD in Management with a thesis on consumer behaviour at Luiss University.
