Experience

Active teaching will constantly privilege the use of business cases and the testimony of companies and experts
On campus engagement is full-time for 4 days a week, which allows Partner Companies to immediately involve participants in business life on the fifth weekly day by carrying out activities that will alternate in the different phases of the Academy. The fifth day may alternatively be held at companies that will host all participants for "business simulation in the field"

Curriculum on Campus Experience

The training program is divided into four sections of courses presenting content, exercises and industry-specific cases: active teaching will constantly privilege the use of business cases and the testimony of companies and experts

  • FOUNDATION are aimed at transferring basic technical and economic/financial tools
  • EMPOWERMENT propulsive courses that aim to transform skills into advanced analytical capabilities
  • BUSINESS SIMULATION practice-oriented courses aimed at the development of problem solving and teamwork
  • MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE are aimed at developing executive tools and skills with a focus on soft-skills

The training program is designed by SDA Bocconi and delivered by SDA Bocconi faculty and managers from Partner Academy and Partner Lab companies who take part in the REInnovation Academy Forum series and Business Simulations.

Off Campus Learning by doing Experience

The Learning by doing phase is an integral part of the training project. It is an opportunity to apply skills to complete the training and to build the development of one's professional career. Projects require a full-time commitment.
Three different ways of carrying out the projects are planned:

  • COMPANY EXPERIENCE: work experience in companies in different functional areas (Consultancy, Asset Management, Valuation, Finance, Management) depending on the interests and characteristics of the participants' curricular profiles and the opportunities offered by the Academy Partners.
  • TALENT FIELD PROJECT: Work experience carried out within the REInnovation Lab activities and alongside the research team.
  • BUSINESS FIELD PROJECT: Development of a real estate project with shadowing of the research team and REInnovation Lab network to carry out the project work.
