Alongside the highly successful and widely adopted closed-end fund model, new investment structures are emerging, including club deals, a relatively recent market segment with most operators established after 2018. The market has recorded approximately 300 completed transactions, including 194 initial investments and 133 add-on acquisitions, carried out by 18 serial operators (platform club deals).
